The Proposal Manager will be an integral part of the Business Development Department. The goal of the Department is to identify geographic markets and relevant projects, and pursue opportunities in line with OHL North America’s core competencies to enable us to grow and expand.

The PM duties and responsibilities include the coordination, preparation and production of proposal responses (SOQ, RFI, LOI, RFP etc.) and the coordination and preparation of agency prequalification documents.
The proposal response preparation responsibilities include selection, introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and processes as well communicational strategies and branding approach. Major key aspects pertaining proposal development includes the following:
The preparation of agency prequalification documents for submission to owners (generally State DOTs) consists of analyzing requirements and coordinating with other corporate departments to compile all the information to be included in the final prequalification submittal. This task is fundamental since ensures that the company has continued ability to bid projects with several major clients in different regions of the country. The agency prequalifications are typically renewed on an annual basis.
The Proposal Manager will report to the Director of Proposal Management.
